Crystal Palace Bowl August 6-29

Dear WWFM 5th Birthday at South Facing attendee,

We’re so looking forward to welcoming you to the legendary Crystal Palace Bowl next weekend.

We have a huge day of music prepared for you, with doors opening at 3pm.

Unfortunately, due to ongoing covid related travel issues, a couple of artists from our upcoming series of events are no longer able to make their performances.

It saddens us to announce that Kruder & Dorfmeister & Batida will no longer be performing at WWFM’s 5th Birthday All Dayer on Sunday 15th August.

WWFM, South Facing and the artists’ teams explored every option for as long as we could but unfortunately the lack of easing in the travel restrictions are just going to make it impossible for these acts to make it over.

Despite the fact that quarantine times in the UK are now due to be lifted next week, there are still travel and quarantine considerations required of the artists in their home country.

Kruder & Dorfmeister and Batida send their deepest regrets for not being able to make the show next week.

As a small independent festival, we have been working tirelessly to deliver a huge day of music for you and although we are gutted that we won’t be able to host K&D at next week’s event we are honoured to announce that we have some huge replacements filling their slots.

We’re delighted to announce that taking their place next weekend will be The Cinematic Orchestra, Mr Scruff & Luke Una.

Set Times
Sunday 15th August2pm – Luke Una
3:30pm – Gilles Peterson B2B Mr Scruff
5:45pm – Yasmin Lacey
6:40pm – KOKOROKO
7:55pm – The Comet Is Coming
9:15pm – The Cinematic Orchestra
+ WWFM DJS Coco Maria & Laani

We hope that the replacements that we have found fill you with some excitement, we understand you may be a little disappointed by these cancellations.

We have a superb line up for you to enjoy next Sunday and we can’t wait to see you. If you want to contact us in the meantime please email info@southfacingfestival.com
